We may suspend, limit, or shut down all or part of the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. We may also refuse, remove, or restrict accounts, jobs, prompts, submissions, or payout access at our sole discretion.
The Service reports human consensus responses. We do not guarantee correctness, truth, fitness for a specific purpose, or any particular business outcome. You are solely responsible for how you use any output, decision, or result.
Developers are solely responsible for prompts, questions, images, and all submitted content. You must have all rights and permissions needed to submit content and request human review. You agree not to submit illegal, infringing, harmful, or prohibited content.
Human workers may see prompts and related content required to perform verification tasks. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and content are appropriate for human review.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HumanEyes and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or downstream model decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to HumanEyes in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HumanEyes and its operator from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your prompts/content, or your violation of these terms.
We aim to retain as little information as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and audit the Service. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and do our best to protect user data, but no system is perfectly secure.
HumanEyes is not a bank or custodian. Keep only working balances on-platform. We strongly encourage users to regularly move funds to their personal wallet. You are responsible for wallet security, key management, and transfer accuracy.
We may delay, limit, or pause withdrawals, payouts, or balance access for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, technical incidents, or operational risk.
You may not abuse, probe, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, circumvent controls, or use the Service for unlawful activity. We may investigate misuse and take any enforcement action we consider appropriate.
We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
